Astro Digital monday.com Marketplace Apps Last updated: 18 May 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of monday.com marketplace apps developed and operated by Astro Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This includes (but is not limited to) SimplyApprove and SimplyTrigger, and any future apps published by Astro Digital Ltd in the monday.com marketplace. By installing or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the apps.

2. Description of Service

Astro Digital Ltd develops monday.com marketplace apps that extend the capabilities of the monday.com platform. Our apps operate entirely within monday.com's platform infrastructure and integrate with monday.com's native features such as the automation builder, boards, and columns. The specific functionality of each app is described in its monday.com marketplace listing and accompanying user documentation.

3. Eligibility

To use our apps you must:

Hold a valid monday.com account with appropriate permissions to install marketplace apps
Be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation if installing for business use
Comply with monday.com's own Terms of Service

4. Subscription and Pricing

Astro Digital Ltd operates a uniform, transparent pricing model across its entire portfolio of monday.com marketplace apps. Every app published by Astro Digital Ltd — current and future, regardless of functionality — is offered at the same standard pricing:

Free trial: 14 days from date of installation, full access included
Monthly subscription: $14.99 per month, billed monthly
Annual subscription: $129 per year, billed annually

Each app is licensed and priced independently. Customers subscribe to each app individually rather than as a bundle. Pricing is per app, per monday.com account. Subscribing to one Astro Digital app does not include access to any other Astro Digital app.

All subscriptions are managed through monday.com's marketplace billing system. Payments are processed by monday.com in accordance with their billing terms. Astro Digital Ltd does not handle payment card data directly.

Astro Digital Ltd reserves the right to amend pricing in the future. Where pricing changes are made, they will apply uniformly across the Astro Digital app portfolio and existing subscribers will be notified in advance, in accordance with monday.com's marketplace policies.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription to any of our apps at any time through the monday.com marketplace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with monday.com's marketplace refund policy. Astro Digital Ltd does not offer refunds outside of monday.com's standard policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any Astro Digital app to:

Send unsolicited, spam, or deceptive communications via apps that include messaging features
Harass, deceive, or mislead other users or recipients of automated messages
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the apps or their underlying code
Use the apps in any way that violates monday.com's Terms of Service
Use the apps to circumvent monday.com's own platform limits or licensing terms

7. Intellectual Property

All Astro Digital apps, including their names, designs, code, and all associated materials, are the intellectual property of Astro Digital Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in our apps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use each app you have subscribed to for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

8. Availability and Uptime

Astro Digital apps are hosted on monday Code, monday.com's own hosting infrastructure. As such, availability of our apps is subject to monday.com's platform uptime and maintenance schedules. Astro Digital Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for downtime caused by monday.com's infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of any app shall not exceed the amount you paid for that app in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Astro Digital apps are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Astro Digital Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the apps' fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that any app will meet your specific requirements or that it will operate error-free at all times. Customers are responsible for verifying that an app is suitable for their intended use, in accordance with the app's marketplace listing and user documentation.

11. Modifications to the Apps

Astro Digital Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any app at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of an app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
